We hardly ever think of Parsley as a food since it's so small and light. However, this herb can be very healthy for you. In this article, I'd like to share some of the health benefits of parsely so that you see why it's important to include it in your food often. I will also share some tips on how to best cook it and add it to your dishes.

Parsely has multiple health benefits that you should be aware of: it is very rich in vitamin C, topping most fruits and vegetables in concentration of this vitamin that can inhibit colds, fight infection, help to heal wounds, and serves as a potent antioxidant.

Due to it being rich in antioxidants parsley may inhibit cancer of certain kinds and can help to delay the aging process. Antioxidants help to fight off free radicals that damage our cells and so can contribute to our health in many ways.

People who suffer from indigestion or constipation should add some parsley to their dishes as it can help to regulate the digestive system and help you to have better and more regular bowel movements. Some say it is even good for weight loss but I don't think this is the main reason why you should eat it.

Additional benefits of parsely stem from the high levels of iron and vitamin B12 that it has. These are especially valuable for people who suffer from anemia. It also contains calcium and magnesium used for bone structure and contribute to proper teeth health. Magnesium also helps to keep the nervous system functioning properly.

As you can see, the benefits of parsley are many and there's simply no reason not to include it in your food.

This is actually very easy to accomplish as parlsey is cheap and easy to find. It is also very simple to include it in various dishes and beverages. There's parsley tea and parsley juice and you can include it in your sandwiches, salads, add it to your omelets, spice kous kous or wild rice with it, add it to lemonade and other cool juices. It adds spiciness, flavor, and a delicious aroma to everything.

I recommend including parsley as an extra ingredient in your meals on a daily basis. This way, you can enjoy tasty food and enjoy the benefits this herb offers. It's cheap, easy to use, and healthy for you.
