Hernia is not a very common condition. It can not be transmitted from one person to another, and it certainly can not be caught. Indeed hernia is a bulge in one of your body through one of the walls, which contains the body. There are many different types of a hernia, depending on the location of the hernia. When you are suffering from a hernia in the groin, the correct medical term for it is inguinal hernia. In this particular case, a small part of your gut goes through the wall of your stomach in the inguinal canal. This channel can be found both in men and women. In women, it carries a ligament which is attached to their uterus, which in men it contains the spermatic cord.

This particular type of hernia, inguinal hernia have a higher incidence in men than in women. There are also some other factors that increase the risk of rupture in some people opposed to the other. Weight loss or gain, pregnancy, exercise or activities that put a lot of pressure on your stomach are some of the factors that increase the development of inguinal hernia. Furthermore, if you suffer from an enlarged prostate, chronic cough or other types of things to catch the muscles in your stomach too much, so the risk for inguinal hernia is also increasing. There are also some people who suffer from this weakness, even after the birth. In these people, the chances are that inguinal hernia will be present at some point in their lives. All these factors weaken your abdominal walls, leading to rupture. In addition, there are also people at risk of developing a hernia, if they have had surgery for they have lost much weight. Age is another factor that determines who is more likely to develop an inguinal
hernia or not, that means that as you get older, inguinal hernia is a threat. If there is also inguinal hernia history in your family, so you are more likely to develop it as good. Although this condition, bungling is more present in the elderly than in children, children may suffer from a hernia as well.

Lyskelymfeknu er bungling has some symptoms, but they are fairly obvious. Pain is not a very strong inguinal hernia sign, but the discomfort may be. Moreover, the mark for inguinal hernia, hernia in general is a bump. This may often not be visible if the person is on, but you can certainly see it, if standing up.
