How can I get my girlfriend to love me again? You wish more than anything that you knew the answer to that question, don't you? If you could turn back the hands of time to when she was deeply in love with you, you'd do it. Life isn't that easy though. You have to face the fact that things between you two have changed and you have to get to work trying to win back her love. It's possible if you understand the right approach to take and what you need to do to show her that you're the only man for her. Whenever a man asks the question, " how can I get my girlfriend to love me again ," it's coming from a very emotional place. He feels as though his heart is exposed and it's difficult to control his overwhelming emotions. The problem is that if you approach your girlfriend when you're feeling overly emotional it's going to make her uncomfortable. She won't see a man desperately in love with her, instead she'll see a desperate man trying to hold onto love. You have to learn how to control what you feel when you're around her. Ideally, you'll present yourself as an emotionally stable, mature man. Taking ownership for your actions is essential if you want to get her to love you again . The past can't be left there until things are resolved and put to rest. You need to make amends for your missteps. You have to handle this in a very specific way though. You need to call her up and simply tell her that you're sorry for your behavior. Let her know that you have regrets and that you've learned from them. Remain calm when you do this. Giving her some much needed space may feel foreign when all you want to do is talk to her, but it's incredibly helpful. Just as you feel a bit lost since the break up, she does as well. She needs to clear her heart and get in touch with what she truly feels. She can't do that if you're always there trying to convince her to come back to you. Take a few weeks and give her a break. Don't try and contact her during this time. Instead, focus on yourself and what you can do to improve the man you are. As the weeks pass she'll come to see that living without you isn't all she thought it would be. There will be an undeniable void in her life and in her heart and she'll know that you're the only one who can fill it. Once that happens, you can expect to hear from her and she'll be the one wishing things were different and she was back in your arms again .
