Nowadays, women have more and more pressure in the society. On the one hand, they have to become successful professionals in their jobs; on the other hand, they have to be qualified housewives at home. Faced with such great pressure, how can they relieve their pressure? Following are some suggestions:

Firstly, relax by imagination.
Imagination can make your thinking "wander around". For example, you can imagine: "Under the blue sky, I'm sitting in the flat and green grassland ", "I'm comfortably foaming in the bathtub, listening to beautiful soft music". By such a way, you can relax yourselves in short period of time. You will feel calm, quiet and peaceful in your heart.

Secondly, cry when it is necessary.
Medical psychologists believe that crying can relieve stress. Psychologists have measured the blood pressure for a number of adults, and then divided them into two different groups according to normal blood pressure or hypertension. When the two groups were asked whether they have cried, the results showed that 87% of the people with normal blood pressure said they occasionally cried, while most of those hypertension patients said they never shed tears. From this we can see that it is much more helpful to let the emotions expressed out rather than hided deeply in the heart.

Thirdly, read books.
Travel in the world of books when you are under great pressure. It can dispel all your worries and sorrows. Reading can make a person gradually and imperceptibly become open-minded, and free from stress.

Fourthly, take exercises.
There is a newly emerging business in France: the centers of eliminating anger through exercises. In these centers, there are professional instructors who teach people how to yell, twist the towel, pound the sofa and so on, so as to make people feel relieved from pressure after the exercises.

Fifthly, wear your favorite old clothes.
The favorite old clothes will unwittingly reduce your psychological pressure. As the old clothes have worn for a long time, they will recall the feelings of a particular time and space, and make you deeply immersed in the memory of the past life, thus your emotions will be highly sitimulated.

Last but not the least, rational nutrition and scientific diets can also be effective in preventing fatigue. Vitamin B is very helpful in reducing pressure. It can regulate the endocrine system, balance the emotions, enhance relaxation and relieve anxiety. Food such as cereal, whole wheat bread, milk, sunflower kernels, lean meat, eggs are rich in Vitamin B.
