When someone asks the question, how do I get my girlfriend back , it's a likely scenario that they are not even sure on where to begin. This can be a terrible feeling, as it kind of makes you feel powerless in the whole situation. I mean, you have no problem at all knowing how you feel. You want to get her back. But, you do have a problem if you do not even know where to begin to get started.

Breakups are way too common and the fact is, most people that break up with someone that they care deeply about, end up having a lot of regrets later on. You cannot always turn back the hands of time, but you can figure out how to smooth out any rough patches and win her back before it is too late.

Here's where to get started:

1. You have to stop trying to communicate with her all of the time. There is no reason why you should be calling her or text messaging her all of the time. And the more often that you end up doing this, the more likely it is that she will decide to kick you to the curb and not even give it a second thought. Communication does not have to cease completely, but it does need to wear down a LOT.

2. You have to get rid of the common misconceptions about a break up.The most important one of these myths is that once a relationship ends, that's it. Look, people that go on to be married for a long time have had times in the past where it did not look so good. And what did they do? They did not give up too easily on things. While she may be just an ex girlfriend, you still want to have the outlook that you can get her back and that you should not let her go without even trying.

3. A man with a plan is a man that can.So, go out and get yourself a proper plan that is well thought out and specifically designed for getting back an ex girlfriend. don't get caught up in choosing from the ones that have generic advice for men and women. There are so many differences between men and women, that a generic one will end up being just a waste of time and money.
