Sometimes you can't imagine how insensitive you are to others when you are being confronted with your faults at work or in everything you do.  At times you will just be surprised on how foolish you can be when you insist or justify a wrong doing.  The way you react to certain things reflects the real you as a person.  You may not easily see yourself in that situation because you are blinded with your anger and hatred.

Why? Maybe because you didn't want to face the pain or even forget the past that kept on clinging into your mind, reason that you can no longer control your emotions. There are many deep-rooted factors that affect one's being.  It is natural that these things happen to every individual.

Anger is a natural feeling to every human being.  However, being a human you have wisdom to discern if what you are doing is right or wrong.  You know for a fact that what you're doing is already wrong if you upset someone without justifiable reasons; you like to shout at people when things go wrong; you just blurt your anger out to people who cannot understand what you want them to do; and the worst is that when you keep on denying that there is no problem and you know that you can no longer cope up it with yourself alone.   There is nothing wrong if you express yourself with sadness, fear, hatred and anger as long as you know your limitations and you know how to accept your faults.  Sometimes, it is not easy to say sorry if you know that what you have done to your family, friends, office mates at work are disgraceful and unreasonable.

At this point a helpful anger management tip will help you get rid of these.  This can be done if you learn to love yourself and forgive those people who hurt you and those who caused all your awful situations or mishap in life.  You need peace of mind and a quiet atmosphere.  Just teach yourself to look for a peaceful place where you can evaluate yourself and the things you wanted to do in life rather than going to malls and watch movies with your friends.  Then, face your problems with courage and slow down your anger as much as possible.  Self-assessment is also very important in order for you to move on and avoid stressed which is one of the major sources of anger.  Remember that no one can help you but yourself.

Anger management, though may not be an absolute answer to your problems at the very moment you experience intense feelings of anger and hatred, will give you the desired peace of mind and heart that you really wanted to have in your daily life.

Always remember that, you can't heal what you don't feel it in your inner self.
