How many times you heard that you become what you think about? How many times you heard that thought is one of the most powerful forces in the universe? Probably many times, but how to think about all day on what we want rather than what we do not want?

The main problem of many people is that they think about what they do not want. Why is that? Because it is not easy to control our thoughts and think about what we want unless our desire is strong enough. So first thing is that you have to decide what do you really want. What do you really want?Ask yourself honestly, what do I really want?

Sit relax and think about what do you want and thenwrite down your thoughts on piece of paper.It is important to write it down, because I heard one time that if we write what we want, we are more committed and we become more serious about our thoughts and actions.

So write down your goals and dreams on piece of paper and put a paper in your pocket and read it as many times as possible while you go through your day. Read it, say it and think about it all day. This is a great way how to control your thoughts and think about what you want rather than what you do not want.

But rememberit has to be something what do you really want, it has to something what get you excited when you think about it.Put your emotions in to it and you will get in to a good vibration and then you will attract everything what you need in order to accomplish your goals and dreams.

If you read what you want many times through your day you are also creating a habit of thinking about what you want. After a few days you will recognize that it is easier for you to think about it and after you create a habit you will do this literally automatically.

It takes about 30 days to create a habitso challenge yourself that you will read what you want every day for 30 days and as many times as possible. You can also create trigger points. I mean every time you go to bathroom you will read your goals, every time you make a phone call, every time you drink a water you will read your goals. It will help you to create a habit and you will be glad you did.

So write down what do you really want on small piece of paper, read it every day for 30 days as many times as possible and after 30 days you will recognize that you changed the way you think and if you become what you think about this is a great way how to control what you think about all day.
