Well if you are reading this, you have probably made a big mistake in your relationship. As us men all know, the women is "always" right. So you better start apologizing as soon as possible, because if you don't, there will be a lot of tension in your relationship.

Even though these 2 words are the hardest to say in the English language, you must say them in order to make your apology sincere. And the more you say them, the more easy it will be next time you have to say "I'm sorry".

So read these next tips, and follow each of them. Once you are done reading this, go to your girlfriend and start apologizing. But don't say "I'm sorry" until you have read these next tips, because you don't want to make her madder, you want to mend the relationship the first time.

Accept her criticism
Whether you were right or wrong, she might criticize you. Take it like a man and apologize for whatever made her unhappy. We are men, and we can take the criticism from our girlfriends. Don't get into another immature fight because she criticized you. Instead, act calmly and don't start criticizing her. Just accept her criticism and apologize.

Don't bring up what she said
Whatever you do, don't bring up what she said during the argument that you had. It doesn't matter what either one of you said. All that matters is that you are trying to work through this fight, and that both of you want to mend this relationship.

Say it from the heart
Say everything you have to say from the heart. If you truly want to heel this relationship, you will say what you mean. Women can sense when you say something meaningful, and it is a great way to show her that you truly care about her feelings.

Do it somewhere nice
Don't call her and try to apologize over the phone, don't try to apologize during half-time, and don't do it in public. Do it somewhere nice, if you would like to make it a little more romantic, you could light some candles, however, don't over do it. You are trying to apologize, not trying to have a romantic candle-lit evening.

Say "I'm sorry" first
Even though these are the 2 hardest words to say in the English dictionary, it is crucial that you say them before she does. Don't be a wimp and wait until she tell you she's sorry. Be the man and sincerely tell her that you are sorry. Don't use other words such as "I'm wrong", "I'll never do it again", or "I feel so bad". Use the words that are meant to be said, "I'm sorry". These are the most meaningful words that you could say.

Say "I love you"
Even though she might still be mad at you, the words "I love you" could not be more powerful. After you have officially said you're sorry, nothing is better to say than "I love you". It shows your woman that you care about her, and that you truly are sorry about what happened. Also, it proves that you are willing to work through any other argument that you might have in the future.

Invite her out on a "make up" date
If you followed these steps, you should forgive each other, and begin to forget about the big fight you had. The best way to forget about what just happened, is to go out on a "make-up" date. It is a great way to get your mind off the argument and to enjoy the other person's company.

Usually, after you have been the man and apologized, she will love you even more. And she could be ready for what I call "make-up sex". It is a great way to release the relationship tension and to show each other that you still care for one another.

Again, I would strongly suggest that you check out my good friend's website to learn more about healing relationships. And I would love for you to visit my "live a better life blog" at " target="_self" kirkSchroeder.com .
