Its funny, the harder I "worked" at becoming success, the more elusive it seemed to be. Have you ever felt that way before?
Frustrating little paradox that it is, it is a universal truth that can drive you crazy if you get caught in its throes without the proper mindset.
I'm not at all applying that success does not take work, however, what I am saying is that the work alone won't get you there. When I was interviewing Steve and Pasha Carter for The Multi-Million Dollar Mindset Steve gave an insight that there really was no such thing as a "self-made" millionaire. Well, we all know that but lets look a little deeper into this.
If no one has done it alone, then that could only mean that they had the assistance of a team, right? But how did they get that team? Did they "work hard" until they earned them? Of course not. They ATTRACTED that team with the kind of person who they have BECOME through self development.
As you grow as a business person, you will notice that not only more and more people will be attracted to you in a way that makes them want to work with you, share information with you, and be associate with your success, but you will,also notice a higher and higher caliber of person that will be doing this as well.
Remember the words of networking expert, multi-millionaire Kecia Wimmer, "its not so much what you do that makes you rich, its the caliber of people that you meet". Profound, isn't it?
So keep working on developing yourself at higher and higher levels and in no time you will began to notice that you have become a magnet for sharp, successful people who bring all sorts of value to the table that can help you to accomplish your goals.
