Acne can be an annoying problem especially for teenagers. It makes you look awful and it erodes your confidence in appearing in front of other people. Then, if you can, you should avoid having acne as much as you can. Of course, all of us want to have good skin, but only a few is lucky to have that. You then need to know how to take care of it. Here are some tips for you to avoid having acne.

Use clean towel and pillow case. Both are the things that touch your face on a regular basis. If you let them dirty, your face will be dirty too. In the end, acne can easily develop. This is the first and almost free step to start avoiding developing acne on your face. It is one of the easy steps to follow.

Eat proper food. Avoid all of the fatty food as much as you can. Fatty food can cause your body to secret more oil. It can result in higher chance of having acne. You will need to have more fiber. I mean more vegetable to be specific since it can help your digestive system. It will not only help your acne problem but to give you better health in the long run.

Don't get constipation. You will have to go to the toilet every day in order to avoid having acne. There are some researches show both conditions are co-related. So practice to have this habit. Also, this is related to the food and water intake. If you have both things fixed, you should not have any problem on constipation.

Drink enough of clean water. How much is enough. You should drink at least eight glasses of water everyday in order to maintain good health and avoid having acne. You should drink more if you can. You will have to avoid soda or any drink that is high in sugar. During the acne time, minimize your sugar intake if you can.

Do not get stress.Take it easy on your life. Stress can cause hormonal imbalance which can cause acne for some people.

Avoid the product or chemicals that you are allergic to. When you have acne from allergy, it can escalate to the one which is hard to be resolved. The best way is to not having it in the beginning. Know what you are allergic to and avoid it. With this method, you can avoid having acne too.
