One very common question I'm asked is "How do I become a funnier person" or "How do I be funny all the time" well firstly, it is possible but it's not easy.

Like any desirable trait, your going to have to work for it. You could apply this same thing to anything, and the one thing it comes down to is work. Perserverance overweighs everything in my opinion, you can have talent but when it comes down to it, your talent is only limited. There's a very common misconception between 'talent' and 'skill'. Talent is something you have naturally. Skill is something which you aquire after hours of beating on your craft.

Ok i'll stop blabbering on now, you get the point. All I'm trying to say is that if you really want to become a funnier person, you can, you just gotta work for it. Spend some time watching videos of funny comedians and pick up some of their qualities. Or even if you know funny people in real life, hang around with them, and see why they are funny. I will admit that some people are naturally funny, but some of the best comedians out there are the best because they worked for it.

Another thing which is worth trying is learning a few jokes. Yeah I know that sounds cheap, but spending time learning jokes can help. Once you have the foundation, you can learn to implement the jokes in your own style. You see everybody has their own personality, thats what makes somebody unique.

So remember, if you really want to be funny, just work at it, you'll get there.
