Breakups are very hard ordeals. Many times both parties have a difficult time after the breakup occurs. And finding happiness, while quite difficult, can be obtained through the healing process. Whether you are the one who initiated the split , or otherwise, breaking up with someone you love or once loved , takes alot out of you.Its like a big piece of who you have become, is just jerked out of your soul. And that will be painful , no matter what the circumstances.

Get The Complete Guide To Getting Your EX BACK

Many people will say that filling the void is what will lead to happiness. OK, that definitely makes sense. But what about that ever important time right after the breakup? The void will be replaced over time, but its quite hard to just "fill" it willingly. So how do we find happiness, when we can hardly find a reason to get out of bed?

Quite honestly, just getting out of bed has alot to do with finding happiness after the breakup. Continuing with our daily life is the first step in finding happiness when we lose someone very dear to us. Not just continuing, but doing it in a manner in which we build strength. I remember my first divorce. I had married Jessica because she was my high-school sweetheart. And ,even though somewhere deep inside, I knew that she wasnt the "one", I thought that we were supposed to be married. I wanted so badly to be the high school sweethearts that lasted forever. So when we made the decision 2 years after tying the knot, I was devastated. Even though I always had the feeling that we didnt really click in a spiritual way. But I soon realized that I had to keep striving for the goals I had in life. And if you havnt had a chance to create your goals, DO IT!

Sticking to our goals gives us strength. When you feel like your goals are important, that makes you feel important. You are your goals. So keep this in mind. Its what you will build off of after your breakup.

When keep your sights set high, it will lead you to the happiness. Why? How? Easy. When a person can overcome great barriers and obstacles, they feel stronger. Things in life dont seem as impossible like they once did. Breakups seem almost like the end of the world. Maybe you cant get over them by will power alone. But when you make you and your life a priority and you know that your goals matter, you will slowly start to feel like a whole new person.

You actually start to feel like the breakup was OK. The strength that we feel after clearing lifes obstacles gives us happiness. Even if the happiness is fleeting at first. It will build. Soon your happiness will turn into a daily love for yourself and for the people around you. Like your friends and family. I hope you can get out of bed tomorrow with a new sense of purpose. I hope that you have a desire to reach your goals and to put your life waaay up high.

With that you can be happy.Right now.
