Life is very beautifull.Most of the time we thought what we do still make us happy and fulfilled but the reality is it is stressing us. It is not that we want an easier life it is just that we want a life that we can enjoy and cherish when we grow old.
If one doeasn't know how to manage stress it will lead to lowering of our emotional and physical and mental thrust.
1. Emotional aspect in which lowering of self-esteem is very visible, solitude; meaning too much stress will lead to people to opt to stay alone and away from social influences.
2. Physical aspect in which the body of the stressed person drops. He loose his weight due to lack of appetite in eating.
3. Mental aspect where a stressed individual indulge himself in deep thinking often times, and keeps on thinking how these issues are affecting him and how it is making it hard for him to move on and contnue his life.
Reasons of Stress:
1. Pressure at work;
Work is the best avenue for developing one's talent and skills. It should create a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Working is also the best time to meet new friends to socialize and whare thoughts with. However when the demand for the work is going bigger snd the expectations are going higher employees must be provided with any aide to prepare themselves for the heavy load.
2. Family problems;
Too much problems in the family without someone to share to or some one to lean on for consulation and guidance. We are are not superheros to extremely strong and we should remember that even superheros have their wicked parts.
3. Relationship with opposite sex;
If an individual is experiencing a failed or an unsuccessful relationship, he will be experiencing depression and if he will not be able to cope with this depression automatically a domino effect will take place. These are as follows:
a. The individual loose the appetite in food, outdoor and indoor activites, family, friends and even work.
b. The individual loose control of himself and thinks that nobody is looking after for him.
4. Financial Problems;
Money can cause a lot of stress specially if we live a life of luxury and lavish spending. Being out of budget stresses not just you but your pocket. Wise spending is a must to be hastle free.
