By increasing your empathy, you will be able to see something from point of view of other people. It will lead you to understand them and cope with your anger.

3.    Respond your anger, do not react to it
The main point of anger management is how you respond to your anger, not how to react to it. By responding your anger, you will learn how to manage your anger then find the solutions for it. You can find what is the best for you, communicate what you want and what you feel.

4.    Change the conversation
It means that you have to recognize and modify the inner conversation of oneself. It will help you much in recognizing the strength of your anger, your strength to hold on to the anger, and express your anger.

5.    Communicate confidently
It helps you learn how to be straightforward in communicating your feeling and how the respond to it without being angry. By doing this, you can find the best way to respond to your anger.

6.    Change your expectation
Mostly, anger comes because you experience inconsistency about what you expect and what you achieved. Situation may influence your achievement. Therefore, you have to adjust your expectation based on certain situation. You will find it effective to cope with your anger.

7.    Forgive
One with resentment will find it worse of damage than the offender. It will be very sensible if you let this resentment go so that you can set yourself free from the anger. It is a part of forgiveness or acceptance. It is a great way to deal with your anger.

8.    Move forward
You should not let yourself stick with your anger. You have to look forward and forget your resentment. You will find yourself feel please and comfort.
