When you are feeling down about things, life has a funny way of throwing more things at you that are going to keep you feeling that way. You could assume that you have no power at all in this and play the role of the victim and ask, why me? Or, you can choose to create abundance even while you are feeling down and figure out how to attract the things that will make you feel GOOD, instead of feeling bad.

Here are some tips on how to create abundance even when you feel down about things:

1. Change your scenery.Sometimes, being in the same stale and old scenery makes it hard for you to change how it is that you feel and just by making a simple shift and changing your scenery, you can make some great strides towards feeling happier or at least more optimistic about things. This is how you NEED to feel if you want to create abundance in your life.

2. Put on some good music that is happy and carefree.The music that you listen to can have a great effect on the mood that you are in. If you are feeling down and dreary, then you do not want to listen to things that are going to reinforce or feed off of that feeling. Instead, put on something that sounds like how you WANT to feel, and you will be able to shift your mood in a short time.

3. Get SERIOUS about creating abundance.Most people have a general wish to have more abundance of what they want, but they are really not all that serious about it. Instead of being committed to attracting abundance, they just kind of HOPE that it happens. Well, it's not going to unless you get serious about making it happen. You have to choose to be the one that makes the change if you want to shift into abundance mode.
