You DO NOT Have To "Live With" the Noise.

You do NOT have to live with the emotional and physical trauma of tinnitus. Although some doctors advise you to "live with it" I'm sure they would think differently if they were suffering themselves. Many former tinnitus sufferers have found their own way to a cure and you can to. All you have to do it follow the path that helped them.

Sometimes Tinnitus IS all in your Head!

There are many caused of tinnitus. Loud noises, medication, diet, and inner ear injury are some of them. But the most surprising cause that I have discovered is stress in your nervous system. Stress in your nervous system feeds on itself and begins a "vicious cycle" that makes the tinnitus symptoms get worse and worse.

An example of this would be the woman who woke up with ringing in her ears one morning for no apparent reason. The doctor could not find anything wrong with her ears, but the ringing got progressively worse. Taking matters into her own hands, she found a natural method to battle her tinnitus. She discovered that a stressful fender-bender car crash she had been in a few weeks before set up a sound associated "stress loop" in her brain that would play over and over again like a song you can't get out of your head. Once she found the source she found the cure.

And sometimes is all in your (inner) ear.!

Damage to the fine hair cells of the cochlea portion of the inner ear can result in tinnitus symptoms. This type of damage is most commonly caused by exposure to loud noises - either repeatedly or a onetime occurrence, if it is loud enough.

Many rock stars suffer from ringing in the ears due to years of exposer to rock concerts. they even have their own dedicated web site. Tinnitus of this type is best cured by retraining therapy where the damaged inner ear is trained to "not hear" the "noise" created by the damaged hair cells.

And sometimes it's what you put in your mouth!!

Because the causes of tinnitus are so varied, sometimes it is your body's reaction to what you are eating or the drugs you are taking that can cause tinnitus. Often you will have to do some detective work to figure out what it is that is causing the problem. Something that does not affect someone else could be the cause of tinnitus in you. Fortunately there are guidelines to follow in doing your detective work.

The five most common foods that may aggravate your tinnitus are wheat, soybean, milk, eggs, and peanuts. Surprisingly, nonprescription medications such as aspirin and others commonly found in every household can contribute to tinnitus too! Others have gone done the road of finding out what it is they are swallowing that is causing their tinnitus - and you can too.

The point is, you do NOT have to "live with" tinnitus. You can start immediately to eliminate your tinnitus. You can begin today. You can regain your old life. Begin today to end the emotional suffering, the physical suffering, the relationship suffering and the workplace suffering. You don't have to suffer any longer.

Of course, these tips are only part of a more complete solution. Why not follow in the footsteps of other FORMER tinnitus sufferers who have regained the peace and quiet you thought you could only hope for? The solution is here, waiting for you.
