When you want to stop smoking it can be hard . You might even feel like you are alone, and that no one understands what you are going through. Actually, a lot of people are starting to stop smoking, and going through the same emotions, and feelings that you are. When you decide to stop smoking it is a big step, and one of the most important things that you will accomplish. Be proud of yourself for taking such a huge step. When you stop smoking, you might want to come back on it again. I hope that with these steps, and tips that you can avoid smoking, and stick with your plan of stopping.

After you have made up your mind of why you would like to stop smoking, think of all the bad reasons as to why you want to. Smoking can stain your fingernails, and fingers. It can create problems between relationships. Smoking can cause bad breath, and make you smell really bad.

When you are finished writing down why you would like to stop, find some really positive sayings, and write those next to it. Repeat to yourself over and over that you can stop, and will stop. Bring that victory spirit out. Think of this as like winning a race.

Maybe you just had to have one despite the tips, and help. If that is the case don't spend all day beating up on yourself. Just start right back over again. Throw the case out that you got, and don't look at it again.

Your body, and health is so much more important then a few minutes of pleasure with smoking.
