How to detox your body naturally is a question that is asked by many. You don’t need to invest in expensive potions or even buy special diet plans. I would suggest to those of you who have never tried any type of detox before to simply start with a 48 hour detox. This detox plan can be completed over a weekend when you don’t have the pressure of work or perhaps other pressures which affect most of us during the week. Before starting any detox diet plan make sure you start to wind down from your normal diet at least a few days before starting your detox diet plan. Binging on junk foods and alcohol just before starting detox is not recommended and will make the detox plan much harder to complete. Also it is not a good idea to start a detox plan when you have a busy weekend planned. It would be pointless trying to detox when you know you have a party to attend as the temptation in most cases will be too great. What You Can Drink During the 48 hour detox you can only drink water and fruit juice. You MUST NOT drink any tea, coffee or alcohol. Also excluded are soda drinks such as cola and orange soda. For those who do partake in detoxifying I strongly suggest you invest in a decent juicer. You will be amazed at some of the tasty and refreshing juice drinks you can make with different combinations of juiced fruit. What You Can Eat To simplify the 48 hour detox you can only eat grilled fresh fish, jacket potatoes, brown rice and any fresh vegetable and fruits of your juice. You must not go hungry and there is no restriction on how much you can eat. On competition of this diet plan many feel energised and refreshed.
