Since your belly is where your fat collects most, you have to tone your whole body to get a flat stomach. Cardio exercises are the best ways to do this.

Here are examples of some of the best cardio exercises.

Running:

This is great for someone on a budget, there is no special equipment (except some quality shoes) and can be done anywhere. You burn serious calories, especially if you add hills and sprints. The only drawbacks are that is takes lots of practice and you have to watch your knees and ankles for any discomfort or pain.

Cross-Country Skiing:

A fantastic cardio exercise which involves your upper and lower body. Can be challenging for someone new to fitness.

Bicycling:

Wonderful exercise for beginner or expert since you can push as hard or a easy as you are comfortable with. You will attain increased endurance and burn lots of calories.

Elliptical Trainer:

This has many of the benefits of Cross-country skiing, but can be adjusted to your abilities. This builds endurance while protecting your joints.

Swimming:

One of the best full body exercises and lots of fun too.

Since you are in water your joints are fully supported.

Step Aerobics:

This is a tough workout which targets legs,butt and hips.

Can burn many calories in the advanced classes.

Looks complicated, but easy to learn in the beginner classes.

Rowing:

This one may surprise you, but if done at a fast tempo it can really get your heart going. It of course works your arms to get them toned as well.

TVA(Transversus abdominis muscle)

Another Enemy of the flat stomach is weak TVA(Transversus abdominis muscle)

This is a major muscle of the functional core of the human body which runs from our sides (lateral) to the front (anterior)

This is the deepest of the major abdominal muscles

These muscles help to compress the ribs and viscera, providing thoracic and pelvic stability.Know as the body's natural weight-lifting belt, stabilizing the spine and pelvis during lifting movements.

A)How work TVA muscles(Vacuum)

This is a very easy to do exercise, you have probably done it when seeing some attractive.

1. Move your belly button inward (holding in your stomach while breathing normally)

2. Hold your belly button in for 5 seconds and work your way up to a minute and/or... draw in your belly button further.

B) A faster way

1. Put your fingers on your belly button.

2. Without taking in a deep breath move your belly button inward just a little bit from your finger but not as far away as you did in the Vacuum exercise

3. Loosely tie a piece of string around your midsection.

4. When your TVA muscles relax the string will get tighter until you tighten up the muscle.

This can be done anywhere and nobody will notice.

Which really speeds up your progress.

Every day try to pull your belly button in further.

Simple tips:

1) Avoid skipping meals, because this slows down your metabolism

Which causes you to store fat.

2) Eat 4 to 5 small meals

3)Eat many fruits and vegetables

Avoid removing the skins, there are many healthy nutrients in the skins.

4) Exercise at lease a little every day.
