At some point in time, every one of us must have experienced that we always feel tired . And this is actually not a one-time affair, for such kind of feelings would continue to come unless you take proper precautions today. Following is a list of some tips that can be used to ensure that there is a lot of energy in you every day.

1. Barring if you have any particular health issues like anemia and similar disorders, one of the most frequent reasons of waking up tired is not getting a good night's sleep. It is necessary that you must get at least 7 hours of night sleep every day. If your work schedule is a problem in this case, try to either sleep early or wake up late.

2. Using orange or peppermint scented bath products also have a positive effect against thealways feeling tiredsyndrome, so to speak. You can also try chewing peppermint flavored gum for an energy burst during the middle of work.

3. Weird as it might sound, exercising increases your energy levels in quite a significant manner by improving your stamina for work. And the best thing is that there is no fixed time to exercise in order to avoid always feel tired . You can do so as per your convenience – In the morning, evening, before going to bed, and so on, although exercising before bedtime is not recommended as it might be a hindrance in falling asleep. Also, there is no need to do heavy workouts and all; simply a jog around your neighborhood would also serve the purpose just fine.

4. Taking deep breaths gives us more energy than you ever thought possible. This is mainly because higher intake of oxygen with each breath ensures that our body gets its fill of the gas most essential to our survival. A most effective and omnipresent proof of this fact are babies. They take slow and deep breaths, and are always so full of energy (and it's NOT because they have no work!)
