How to get rid of man boobs. In this article we will have a look at what man boobs are, and a few of the best ways to get rid of them.

If you don't want to have surgery, there are a few ideal conditions that will help if you try to get rid of man boobs.

First of all, there are two basic types of male breasts (as they are called as well).

The first one is gynecomastia. This is a condition which typically affects teenage boys who are going through puberty. It will cause their estrogen levels to rise and their testosterone levels to decrease.

So in this case getting rid of man boobs has nothing to do with loosing fat. Boys this age are simply developing mammary glands, just like girls do.

Usually this condition disappears without any intervention, when the boy in question grows older.

The other cause is excess fatty tissue surrounding the chest area. Luckily, it is way easier to get rid of man boobs of this type than hardened glandular tissue.

If your excess breast tissue is just extra fat, your body is able to naturally decrease it on it’s own. Fat cells shrink through better nutrition, a better hormonal profile, and exercise.

Unfortunately, mammary gland tissue is not quite as easy to reduce as fat tissue. Once the hormones estrogen and prolactin have hardened the tissue too much, surgery is the only option for its removal.

In this stadium, it doesn't matter how hard you try to exercise, diet, or reduce your hormone levels. The size of the glandular tissue will stay the same.

Reducing man boobs by loosing weight can be tricky as well, because it is difficult for your body to spot reduce fat from a specific area of the body. Especially the chest area which you would have to target. In order to lose fat from your chest, it needs to be reduced in all other areas of the body as well.

So although this is the easiest type of man boob to get rid of, it would still take you quite a bit of hard work and training. And of course, you will have to watch your nutrition also.
