I'm constantly asked, what could I do after break up although I'm still crazy about a guy? My reply has always been this, how do you wish to feel? I understand that this is not the reply you've looked for but it's bizarre that someone you used to love so much, the one you had given way your life, turns out hurting you the most. As they say, 'love is pain' you must pay for it.

It is easy to say love is pain when you aren't in pain but when you are in a relationship with a guy who abuses you it's like been treated like nothing. Can you imagine all that tenderness... may be those Chrysanthemums flowers... all that 'I you'... those candies and butterflies, disappeared, that's too bad isn't it?

What should you do?

Phoning your ex boyfriend is not one of the greatest advice. Calling for compassion to go back is something you don't want to do. What should you do? To start you have to realize that love is merely a state of mind, it's how you flavor your partner. When you alter that belief, there is no intimancy. Are you getting it? Let me point this out to you now.

Simply recall this, before you got involve with your ex boyfriends life, you had no feelings or any attachment with him. Even when I were to give all details about him it wouldn't create feelings the way you do now. Do you recognize why? Because when you are charmed with a person, you build attraction, which is developed, in your neurology. The more you spend time together in a romantic way, the more you hardwire those neuron pathways in your brain which causes you to establish more feelings of (love).

And then, as you breakup with an ex boyfriend there is a strengthened acquired desire that makes you feel wierd. If you can't go back to him then you're a crisis. This concludes why you can't do your job accurately or why you become out of place about your facial expressions because of personality disorders caused by breakupbreak up. This change the way you perform activities and your over all demeanours. A simple way to act upon this is to change the way you manage these mental states. You have to change the way you feel about your man.

I'll elaborate...

Select any book you can find nearby, hold it while seeing the front cover then turn it 180 degrees and then look at it from different angles . You will discover that, its display look different depending on what angle you are seeing it. The book didn't change but the the angle you look at it, changed. Now, I'm not comparing your man with the book. What I mean here is this, when you change the how you feel about your ex boyfriend, break up will not affects you. How would you do that? The good news is there is a technology to aid you forget your ex boyfriend quickly. This technology will make you cope with break up completely, you will be powerful than you can imagine.
