1. Conditioners are very good in making the hair grow faster and longer. Apply good conditioner into the hair mass and carefully massage it in. Take proteins, vitamins E and D to nourish the hair to growth. Clean the hair and constantly brush it to enable aeration and to clear debris that may lurk within it. Enable blood circulation to the hair follicles by holding the head upside down for some time every day.

2. Have a diet of vegetables, water and proteins such as beans. Eat a healthy diet and avoid drinking and taking harmful drugs. If this is done for a while there will definitely be an obvious boost in hair growth in no time.

3. During grooming, you should be conscious of some procedures that will make th hair grow as well as other procedures that will mar its growth. Never brush the hair when it is wet and do not use a bad comb. These will only aid hair breakage rather than aid its growth. Even if the hair is damaged from salon procedures, you should use good conditioners that will reinstates it quality and give it more growth, also make sure that you give it heat protection when using methods that requires heat in drying it.

4. Give you hair a good wash once a week, and avoid subjecting it to hair products every day, because despite the fact that they are meant for the hair, they are still chemical agents that when applied too often they can damage the hair. However conditioners should be applied to the hair every day to enhance its steady and speedy growth.

5. Multivitamins, good nutrition and exercise will nourish and help circulate blood to the hair to give it that desired growth that you want.

6. Use natural products, such as herbal conditioners to gain a speedy growth if hair and also to fortify it against possible damage.
