How to jump higher? Well, yes, that is the most important question whom which we are going to try to find an answer throughout this article. Well, there are many factors that contribute either to your success or lack there of. There are four main reasons why a lot of people out there fail to jump as high as they could and no succeed in actually increasing by a substantial amount their vertical explosion. I will try to enunciate them and the ways in which you can start increasing your vertical jumps in a time frame of only 2 weeks or quicker for some of you. So, the four main reasons why people fail to jump higher are the lack of knowledge or correct principles, which represents the exercises that you are going to do and practice, the lack of knowledge of correct techniques, which represents the way in which you are going to perform your workout, the lack of discipline or ability to apply these principles consistently and correctly throughout your entire workout and the last one is the lack of proper nutrition, which affects your muscle rejuvenation, your strength development, your mental focus and basically, your overall well being throughout your exercises. So why is it, then, that training to jump higher and increasing your vertical leap is so hard, even in theory? Well, the reason would be that there is a lack of jumping trainers and of genuine information out there. A lot of vertical leap programs and manuals and so on are being written and edited strictly for marketing purposes by marketing gurus or outsourced ghost writers, people that have nothing do to with real training and who are only endorsing the programs that bring them the biggest commission and not those based on results and experience. This causes not only the perception of the general public in some extraordinary programs that really do work to decrease, but also represents a great disservice to the community. There is, however, a world class vertical jump program out there, named The Jump Manual developed by Jacob Hiller, an expert trainer, which covers all facets of increasing your vertical leap. Basically an "all in one" program, it's a fundamental, professionally designed manual, which covers every aspect of how to jump higher in order to gain that much more height, being everything you need to succeed. I fully recommend it, it has amazing results, for complete beginners as well as athletes all together.
