1--It all starts from within, as long as you can win the battle of the mind then you are a step closer to losing those calories your body doesn't need.... Tell yourself you can do it, though people already think you can not come back to shape, they say different things that has almost stuck with you and made you believe that it is near impossible to loose weight and be healthy from within....

The first thing you need to register in your mind is, you are loosing those calories for yourself and not because of what people say or wanting to look like what they want you to look like...

It is solely beacuse of your health and comfort... Get that fact into your psyche....

2---Adopt and stick to a program, a kind of physical and energy releasing program..

Excercise 2-3hrs daily and be consistent, consistency gives you the result.. It is not compulsory to go to the gym, in case you do not have access to the gym facilities.... Then you need to start living your daily life like you are in the gym, sounds ridiculous but it is the truth, look for every opportunity to burn and release the stored fat in your body... Walk more, distance that you normally would not walk, you can start walking instead of driving or taking a cab, this trick unconsciously helps to stretch the muscles and release some fat from your body through the sweat....

3---Change your eating habit, what you eat is responsible for 80% of fat and calories deposit in your body... Do away with junks, fast food, butter, foods with high calories, food with additives and chemicals, there are some drinks that you must stop taking cause they only deposit fats in your body... Try to eat more vegetables, less sugar more honey, always look for natural foods, fruits are not bad...

When your eating habit changes, you are bound to loose 10-30calories without taking pills.. Maintain a healthy and steady eating life, do not eat beacuse of the sweetness it gives your mouth, rather eat beacuse of the benefits and reward it gives your body, though the food might taste as good and sweet as you want, still take it...

4---Know when and when not to eat, there are 3 kinds of meal (BREAKFAST,LUNCH and DINNER).. According to research it has been discovered that out of all of them breakfast is the most important, your breakfast could either be heavy or light depending on how your body reacts to food, every good breakfast must be between 7am-10am, never skip breakfast, note that......

If you had a heavy breakfast, then your lunch should be light and taken between (12pm-2pm)

Always note, dinner must at all times be light and it must be taken very early between (6:30pm-7:30pm), note dinner must not be beyond this time so that your system does not have too much digestion to do through the night, when you eat late you give no room for your body to breakdown the excess fat, especially when you go to bed immediately after eating heavy and late...

Follow this chart,

"HEAVY OR LIGHT, BREAKFAST"----- 7am-10am

"LIGHT OR HEAVY, LUNCH" depends on what you took for breakfast------12pm-2pm...

"Dinner always light", never heavy and must be taken between 6:30pm-7:30pm...

5----Eat when you need to do, do not eat because you just want to or feel like keeping your mouth busy.. Never resort to food when depressed or bored, control yourself , discipline your body not every food must enter your body, be very familiar with what you are about to eat and remember do not starve yourself to loose weight, it could lead to anorexia....

Just do all these simple things nd wait, be patient, don't be quick to dash to the mirror, because the result of all you have being doing or done shows not in a day, it might take weeks , sometimes month, but the most important thing is consistency, dedication and being focused to the new but difficult life style you have adopted....

6---Avoid taking pills or drugs, they might be too strong, which could have side effects on your organs, to be on the safer side stick to the natural means... Believe me it is more effective, it has be tested and proven to have 90-95% success....
