Don’t you hate that underarm jiggle? Who doesn’t? The only way to dump to lose the arm fat is to begin an all out assault on your body composition. You’ve got to make a commitment to weight loss, and begin right where you are, with the weight loss and diet tools that you have.

Take both of your thumbs and pointer fingers and create a diamond in the shape of a triangle. Now do pushups with your hands like that. If you're not use to doing pushups, do them with you on your knees and not on your toes.

The best way to lose arm fat is to lift weights. I know most people hate to lift weights - but the only way too successfully burn the fat around your arms is to do some type of weight training. Depending on your fitness level, you should start with light hand weights. I recommend starting out with two to three pound hand weights.

As the experts suggest, the best option to get rid of your arm fats are the 'single-joint movements'; for instance curls & triceps kick-backs. These sorts of exercises stress directly on the bicep & tricep muscles and hence firm them up more quickly. It would be interesting to mention here that the triceps muscles that are at the back of our arm formulate around two-thirds of the arm size. Hence, it is most advisable to work towards toning up the same.

Techniques on how to lose arm fat vary from food planning to exercise to ordinary daily activities. But one thing is for sure, a single technique is not enough. Incorporating a properly planned diet with arm exercises and disciplined daily routines is the only way one can be successful in reducing the wiggle under one's arms.

This is one of the best techniques to get firm arms. When you lift weights, you should focus on exercises that work out your biceps and triceps. If you are new to weight lifting, start off with light weights. Your objective is not to create big muscles - you just want to tone your arms and make them look firm. Therefore, you can do lighter weights but with high repetitions. Take it easy at the start as sudden lifting of weights can cause injury.

One of the best solutions to how to lose arm fat is by doing jumping jacks. This sounds ridiculously easy and simple, but it actually works! This is because it is using a lot of muscles in your body and energy therefore helping you reach your goal. The only thing you have to make sure you do is consistency.

If you want your saggy arms to disappear but don't really need to lose any extra weight, stick to a healthy diet and exercise regimen that includes weight training exercises that focus on your biceps and triceps. You should also add some aerobic exercises that target the upper body and arm muscles, such as rowing, swimming, and dumbbell aerobics. But be sure to train your entire body and not just your arms
