Shyness does not tell who you are. It only tells poeple your behavior, reaction, and what you've learned and reinforced through exeperiencing with others. But when shyness forbids us from realizing our full potentials, then it must be time to do something about it. In this article, I will simply explain how shyness affects your life and how you can make shyness go away.
Shyness begins with what you send to the mind. Based on psychology, if you keep the impression that, people are making negative thoughts about you, you think others are more better than you, thinking that things will go the wrong side if you associate with others. Most often, it happens because you tense up and according in harmony with your belief. Visit for more details on psychology.

By withdrawing, not willing to speak up, being so preoccupied with self-thought that you don't pay attention to others. You may live up to the impression that you are unfriendly and uncaring. When all your thoughts are based on your self, it's hard to concerntrate on the present discussion and so, you are less concerntrated in receiving the information, then what you feared happens. When you're are attacked by shyness, you turn to miss good oppotunities that come your way, miss good chances of making friends, and you accept things you don't like because you are afraid to express your opinions.

Stop worrying if others are evaluating you or not as they are probably busy thinkig of themselves what they will say and do. If someone childishly makes fun at you, just ignore it and understand that he/she is surely suffering from pressures or problems. All of us have times when we are not very sociable.

Try to be social and speak up when it's your turn. if you made a mistake along the line, don't worry much because no one is very perfect. Each and every human beings have a way of looking at things. If they laught at you, join them to laught. Also understand that people are more accepted than unaccepted.

Learn to be social. Learn to smile with others. If others laught at you, join them saying "that did not come out the right way" will help you relax and continue the converstion. Say hello to others and start a conversation. In my latest article,   I explain how you can start a friendship just by saying  saying simple word like "hello" etc.
