5813858.jpgJoe Vitale invites people to manifest a car or anything else. Is it really possible? His co-worker Brad Yates, a master teacher of EFT tapping and manifestation techniques, gives in the "Money Beyond Belief" a four-step manifestation process. He claims that first you have to decide what you really want, then you have to clear limiting beliefs and contradictory thoughts, then you have to visualize your goal, and finally let it go and let God take care of it.

However, it all starts by deciding what you really need and desire, and writing it down. You must write it down and list the qualities and features of what it is you want. Successful people always know precisely what they want, because they have written it down. Brian Tracy, a self-made millionaire says that his life changed on the day when he took out a piece of paper and wrote down an outrageous goal for himself. Research results reveal that the graduates who have clear, written goals earn, on average, ten times as much as the other graduates all together. The act of writing your goals down vastly increases your chance of success.

By writing down your goals (what you want to manifest) it is salient that you clear any contradictory thoughts. Brad Yates claims that we send out contradictory energy too often. In his "Money Beyond Belief" he introduces a clear example about how contradictory thoughts influence our manifestation. If we imagine ourselves going to a restaurant and ordering a hamburger, but immediately as the waiter walks away, you say, "Hmmm... I really shouldn't have that. Maybe I should order a salad. Or maybe I should have a sandwich." The waiter stands there waiting for you to make up your mind, and you wonder why you don't have your hamburger yet. Our subconscious mind is like this waiter, he can't serve us if we send contradictory signals. The Universe picks up them all. Jesus says "If anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him." (Mark 11:23). If you are not sure, then it will not come to pass because the messages you send to your subconscious mind are controversial. Joseph Murphy says that when your desires and imagination are in conflict, your imagination invariably wins. Ron Holland confirms it in his book "Eureka Enigma" by saying that when the words and the pictures are in conflict it is always the pictures that win.

Ron Holland claims that it is salient what kind of language you use when programming your biocomputer (subconscious mind). If you want to get results you must use the present tense. If you say "I will" then it means in the future, and your subconscious mind (your biocomputer) will be saying, "standing by, standing by, waiting for instructions." Brad Yates says that if you write "I want this", then you are vibrating at a frequency of want, and the wanting of it is what you will continue to manifest. You want to be vibrating in harmony with already having your manifestation. It is also relevant to write always positive things, the features the objective has, rather than what it doesn't have. According to Joseph Murphy our subconscious mind doesn't make difference between positive and negative statements, thus, you get what you are focused on. This is the reason why many Christians never seem to get ahead with prayer, instead of it they feel like they are moving backward.

The third step is visualization. Visualization is a powerful technique. Your subconscious mind (biocomputer) creates your reality through the messages you send to it. According to Brian Tracy high achievers always visualize the kind of success they want to enjoy in advance by imagining their goals as already accomplished. Prior to every new experience, they visualize previous success experiences that are similar to the upcoming event. Unsuccessful people on the other hand, recall their previous failure experiences. They think about the last time they failed and they imagine failing again. As a result, their subconscious minds have been programmed for failure. According to Ron Holland most people run their biocomputers on a negative feedback loop. Our failure programs are inserted by ourselves or by other people and then, constantly reinforced through the practice of negative feedback. When people fail they tend to play those failures over and over again. You will either be in the' success mode' or 'failure mode' all depending on the film you play inside your biocomputer. However, the marvellous thing about the human biocomputer is that it cannot tell the difference between a real experience and imagined experience. So, even if you haven't had any successes, it doesn't matter, all you have to do is visualize.  You can role play various success scenarios that you would like to happen, thereby creating a program in your biocomputer which will give you a permanent track to run on. You can visualize yourself being successful businessman, or being millionaire, or owning Rolls Royce. Ron Holland says that when you have set yourself a goal and have only half visualized it and only inserted a very incomplete program into your biocomputer, you're drawn like a very powerful magnet to run on old programs. You go back to your comfort zones and slide down a few snakes. You must stay focused on the car, the money, the house or whatever it is that you want and only think of that.

Most people who struggle with reaching their goals are simply too stressed out about making it happen. A stressed-out state of mind delays problems being solved. Joseph Murphy tells about a man who got his best idea while shaving, then wisdom and intuition came to the surface mind. If you stop trying too hard to make it happen, your subconscious mind will solve problems for you and you experience more miracles.

The goal of visualizing is to think of only the end results and not the how do I get there.  Brad Yates advises to indulge in all the positive feelings you expect to experience while enjoying this thing in your life, to allow the positive feelings to wash over you and through you. Imagine yourself in your new home or in a new car. Really think about having a job, car, money or anything else, and allow yourself to enjoy that. Do this once a day a daily reminder of what you are up to.  Just focus on the end results as if you already have it.
