Take a moment to think back to the last time a beautiful girl looked you right in the eye.

Maybe, it was on Friday night and your eyes met at the bar, maybe it was on your train journey into work or maybe it was when you were ordering a nice, frothy cappucino at Starbucks? Now did you maintain strong eye contact or did you immediately look away?

If you answered yes to the latter then keep reading this article as I explain the importance of eye contact attraction.

Now as you probably know, spoken language makes up only 7% of human communication. The other 93% is done through body language and a huge part of this is eye contact. Most men will spend ages trying to think of something clever to say to attract a woman but what they don't realise is that they may have already failed before they opened their mouth.

Ok, so in the game of attraction, let's get into what eye contact can mean.

As touched on earlier, when an attractive woman catches your eye, your immediate reaction is often to look away. This is bad! This communicates to the woman a lack of confidence and that you are intimidated by her. Essentially, you are saying to her "I am of lower status than you, I do not deserve you and I would not be able to handle you".

Yes, this one simple action is saying that much!

On the other hand, if you maintain eye contact with her, you are saying "I am a strong, confident, attractive man who knows how to handle this situation". By doing this you are building the woman's interest in you.

Now you might be asking yourself "how long do I maintain eye contact for?" Good question! You don't want to appear creepy or like a stalker and just stare at her! Just gaze into her eyes for 1 and a half to 2 seconds and don't stare intensely. Then smile at her or raise your eyebrow. If she responds then you're in! Walk up to her and you may want to open with "Hey, what are you smiling at?"

Take it from there.

It really is that simple to attract the attention of women just using eye contact.
