Anxietyis a psychological and physiological state characterized by cognitive. somatic. emotional, and behavioral components. These components combine to create an unpleasant feeling that is typically associated with uneasiness, fear, or worry.

Feeling nervous before exam? Wondering do you be able to finish answering the exam paper? Have you prepare well for the exam? A certain amount of nervous tension can help you perform better and exceed our ability. But in this world, everything that is over, also bring disadvantages to us,

so do the tension. Too much of anxiety will make you not able to think, as a result, you may not be able to recall back what you have study, then it lead to panic, and you will perform bad.

There is some ways to help you control your anxiety:

Before exam

1. Do not do revision at the last minutes, cause it may lead to anxious.

2. Try establish a pattern of revision which give you enough time to relax.

3. Make sure you bring what you need to the exam hall.

4. Depart earlier to the exam hall.

During exam

1. Take a deep breath in and deep breath out, to make you feel more relax.

2. Before the exam start, you may read through the exam questions, so plan your time and decide on what method do you want to use to solve the questions. Jot down your answer in a piece of paper if the idea about the question come out to your head.

3. Estimate how much time you need to spend on the questions.

4. If you do not know how to solve the question, straight away jump down to another one, do not keep stop at there thinking how to solve it, cause it will waste much of your time, and it may result in you do not have enough time to spend on other questions. This will make you feel panic and do some careless mistake on the other questions.

5. Jot down the formulae which you think you may forget first, before you start.

6. Focus your mind on positive thought, such as "I can do this!".

The steps stated above may help you to overcome your exam anxiety.
