This is an effort towards discovering oneself, rather something to share across the young individuals. An experience rather, which would help those who are helpless to their attitude. It's an attitude which forces oneself to hate oneself. It is really going to be difficult to snatch yourself out of this feeling. This feeling is termed as an "inferiority complex". I will put you across this feeling by a personal experience of my best friend, whose life is as important as mine. As a young girl of just 6, when she used to sit and cry alone in her classroom expecting help and attention from her peers, it brought her lot of depression and a feeling of hating herself. She used to imagine a gathering of few people where she was the centre of attraction and that she was blessed with praises and awards. But this never did happen because she always thought she was not the deserving one. This attitude changes everything in life. The success rate completely depends upon the attitude which is carried by an individual. But I won't only blame her for this attitude; rather her surroundings were very much responsible for that. I believe she was suffering from a disease which needed attention. Moreover, she was brought up at school in an environment which had students who knew less; much less creative and passionate than she was about her work. An unhealthy competition was not her game. Then, she got reminded of the popular saying by Charles Darwin, ‘Survival of the Fittest'. she based her life on this principle and tried not to be very different from others. So, she was suffocated. But outwardly she seemed happy as she thought she was amongst the masses. Least courageous to be out in public afterwards. Things started scaring her. Nobody was ever aware about these waves of thoughts troubling her day and night. It is always very difficult to know a person's mind. Moreover, she started gaining weight which led to further discrimination based on looks. Attending social gatherings, being outward, being liked by so many people seemed like a dream then. she also got people in her life who over valued themselves. When she tried to proceed sometimes, there was always someone eagerly waiting at the other end to pull her down. This of course brought her a negative attitude. So, positive thinking took a back seat and never did she try to come out of that shell. May be because she was unaware about the disease from which she was suffering from. It is always said that half of the treatment of a psychological disease is over when the sufferer is aware about it. Here comes the main focus. The treatment of this disease is only psychological. Its only positive thinking and lot of enthusiasm which one needs to create within oneself. Whenever any negative thought comes to the mind one must be strong enough to stop it. Hard work and immense working habits is also one of the solutions. One needs to be strong to put across all the thoughts to the public. One courageous step would mean success, success and success in your life. Believe me people who really suffer from this phase of their life, are extremely potential. They are extremely efficient and this is the prime reason why they suffer from this disease. It is truly said that world doesn't suffice your worth. There are 2 categories of people: one is those who over value themselves and the other who under value themselves. Well, then you belong to the second one. A little effort from your side would break all the negative bars of your life. The day she was aware about herself, she reformed herself. Lost some pounds, worked hard in her profession, got an admission in a top ranked university and gained due respect from those who used to rate her otherwise. Nothing else in this world matters more than you. Trust me you are the best. Just the best. Nothing is so difficult in life as what others make us realize.
