It is normal for a person to lose 150 strands of hair a day. However, if you're losing much more hair than that and you feel that your hair is thinning then it's time to find ways to regain hair loss.

There is no better time to start to get your hair back than at the very first instance you notice that you're losing so much hair.

Listed below are 5 different things you can do right now to regain hair loss.

1)Change Your Diet- There is a big possibility that what you're eating affects the health of your hair. Assess all the food you eat and make sure you eat food rich in vitamin b complex and amino acid.

Also, if you are currently in some kind of diet, it's possible that the sudden change in nutrients is causing you to lose hair.

2)Lessen Stressful Situations- This is probably one thing that many of you know about. Stress releases hormones that affects the quality and state of your mind, your skin and of course your hair.

As much as possible, lessen the stressful things surrounding your life right now. At times, when this is impossible, then learn to practice ways to actually destress. Do yoga, exercise regularly or learn how to meditate.

3)Take Vitamins for hair loss- There are known vitamins and nutrients that directly affect your hair. And when your body does not have enough of these nutrients, your hair also suffers. If you're hair is thinning, and you think it is because of depletion of vitamins, it is possible to regain hair loss by taking these vitamins in supplement form or by eating fruit, vegetables and nuts rich in these vitamins.

The vitamins most known to help with hair growth are biotin, beta-carotene, panthenol and vitamin c. You can also try flaxseed oil which is rich in omega 3 and 6.

4)Take hair regrow pills-If you've tried all of the above but you're still losing hair, then it's time to take hair regrow supplement. These pills are specifically designed to regain hair loss and many research studies have shown the efficacy of these products.
