If there are no well circumscribed burn areas (light/dark patches) and there is this tan everywhere then milk cream and turmeric (not the turmeric that we use in food) can be mixed and applied daily, leave it on for 30 minutes. If the tan does not fade in spite of this or if there are burn marks present please seek expert help.

For mild tanned skin rub in peeled potato skin in the affected area. You can even apply raw potato juice too for fast relief.

Scrape the skin of a cucumber and put it in a liquidizer. Add 1tablespoon of chilled milk to it and mix it well. Apply the mixture to all the affected areas. Rinse it with cold water after 15 minutes. Do it twice a day.

Vinegar bath helps in preventing the skin from peeling.

Cucumber juice mixed with lemon juice and raw turmeric powder, leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse with cold water.

Soak 3-4 raw almonds with cold milk overnight. Grind this mixture to a rough texture and use it over your face. Leave it on for 15 minutes, then gently scrub your skin followed by washing; It lightens your skin as well as aids in tan removal.

Add one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of hazel to one raw egg white. Apply on affected areas. Leave it on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse it with tepid water.

Do not forget sunscreens, keep yourself protected. Sunscreen is available in the form of gel, lotions and creams.
