Face it, if you are a mother and the due date has come and gone, you are living in misery. You may not want to admit it, but we both know that this is true. How do we know this? Well, because we have been there as well. However, a friend of ours gave us some methods that really did work out.

Because we care about you and do not want you to have to go through that miserable pain much longer, we are going to share some of those tips in this article with you, so continue below. In fact, below, we are going to tell you what you should do in a day. /?How-to-Start-Labor---Two-Secrets-to-Starting-Labor-at-Home&id=3632762" How to start labor , step by step below...

Tip Number one- Did you know that riding down bumpy roads can help labor come about? It's true, they say that those bumps help bump the baby into 'launching' position. So, find a bumpy road in your area and have someone drive you down it.

Tip Number two- Just like going down those bumpy roads, swinging is another method that will help get the baby into place. Find a swing and gently swing on it.

Tip Number three- After you have went for a swing, try relaxing. Your body is so tense that the baby does not want to come out. When you relax, it is going to loosen the baby out a bit.

Tip Number four- For dinner, try having something spicy, such as extra spicy chili or some tacos with extra spicy sauce on them. It is a known fact that spicy foods help induce labor.

Tip Number five- Now that you have done all of that, try having sex. Many say that having sex helps induce labor. However, if you are not up to it tonight, just have a nice, peaceful sleep.

So there you have it, drive down a bumpy road to a park where you will find a swing. Drive back down the bumpy road where you will have dinner. When it comes night time, hop into bed with your partner. If you keep this up, before you know it, you will be pushing.

There is one other method that has to be mentioned in any how to start labor article since it's the only method with real, proven results. That method is acupressure. It's actually the only method with proven results, an 83% success rate.

Acupressure is a bit like acupuncture. Except with acupressure, one will be using the thumbs and fingers to stimulate certain points on the body. I love this method because it's relaxing, it can be done by my husband and not only is it a method to start labor but it is also a natural pain relief.

You can read more on this great method on DilateHelp.Info - where you will also find a helpful Maternity acupressure review .
