We all know that what we focus on we attract. We know we should be putting out a happy vibration the best we can.

But what happens when fear creeps in?  That feeling where you are almost too afraid to continue being happy?  Because you fear something is going to ruin your happy world.

Many of us believe if that something is too good to be true, it usually is.  This is a negative thought to believe.  If everything in your world is wonderfully perfect why should you not be entitled to remain in this happy state?

The bottom line is, if you are scared of being happy you are going to attract more things into your life to be fearful about.  You know that what you mostly think about you create.

So it’s time to ensure your stay in your happy vibration. Do whatever makes you feel good as much as possible.

Schedule in “happy time” if you lead a hectic life. And indulge yourself, doing the things you love.  Get lost in your favourite novel.  Soak in the tub with lots of bubbles.  Do whatever it is that makes you feel wonderful.

Detach yourself as much as you can from what makes you feel fearful.  If you feel scared watching the news, don’t watch it.  If you feel drained by certain people, avoid them.  If you are in a job you dislike, quit it.

Nothing is more important than your happiness. Do whatever you can to stop the fear creeping in and focus 100% on your own joy.
