A breakup hurts enough without getting your ass kicked on top of it. What do I mean? Keep reading and I will explain how to survive a break up, and an ass kicking. OK...stop looking over your shoulder, no one is after you. The ass kicking I referred to was a metaphor, but it hurts just as bad as getting your ass whipped. You can ease the pain and ?tid=ab47" " survive a break up , if you're smart. I am going to make you smart...OK? Let's get started!

How To Survive A Break Up - Tip One

The secret here is that you are the only one who can kick your ass during, and after a breakup...How? The first thing you will do is panic, and make things seems much worst than they are. Why do we do that? I have been guilty as hell of doing this myself in the past, until I learned the secret. What secret? Self-Pity is a drug...WTF? Yes, and the more you use it, the harder it is to stop, and it can kill you just as fast as Heroin if you overdose. You can survive a break up without the medication of Self-Pity. How do you kick the “habit?” I would first recommend you never use it in the first place, but that initial break up reaction is pretty much unstoppable.

OK...now just give yourself some time to absorb what has happened, and what is going on. I would not try to patch things up at this moment. Believe it or not 90% of break ups are not forever...so put that out of your mind. Even if they have another boyfriend/girlfriend...this is normal, and a good sign...Why? Because they are using the rebound relationship method to get over you. “Get over me?” Yes, and that means that they still have strong feelings for you. So instead of using Self-Pity for comfort, comfort yourself with the fact you still have a real good chance to get your ex back, if you are smart about it. It is very hard to survive a break up on your own, so I suggest you find a good plan, and start using it to get over this breakup and get back your ex.

How To Survive A Break Up - Tip Two

I know you are still fighting the urge to go win back your ex before someone else gets them, but think about it for a moment. What are these feelings you are experiencing right now, panic, shock, guilt, betrayal, loneliness, and maybe a little anger? How are any of these feelings going to help you survive a break up, and get back an ex? You need to get a hold of your emotions, and start thinking with your head, and not your heart. The sooner you start to control your emotions, the sooner you will control the break up situation...make sense?

Now, the best way to take control of this break up situation is to use the no contact rule. Even though it is rumored not to work...it does, every time. This will help you to derail your emotional roller coaster, and clear out your head. Do not worry about them forgetting about you...Why? Because they will be doing the worrying. That's right, if you stop being the hunter, you will soon become the prey. This works because all human beings are curious and like the attention...believe it or not, your ex will miss you first. So, stop making excuses, and start following a good plan. The sooner you get some help, the sooner you will survive this breakup and get your ex back.

Don't Let Love Kick Your Ass - Fight Back

Trying to survive a break up is a tough and trying time...Why go it alone? You have a much better chance to succeed in whatever you do by using a plan. Do not make this mistake. I mean, do you really think by randomly getting advice from friends, family, and co-workers, that you are going to succeed? You need a plan, a plan that works, and you need it now.

If you do not have a good plan…I do, and it works…just take a look at my success stories page. I will be happy to help you, and to guide you, if you are willing to work with me and the plan. Just get the “best free advice” out there, and learn ?tid=ab47" " how to survive a break up . Do It Today! Learn from your mistakes, before you make them….and go win back your ex.

Until next time,

S. Williams
