Whether you have just been given a very limited prostate cancer prognosis or not, it's not yet a death sentence. Prostate cancer has been survived by lots of people and that shows that anybody can survive it today, including those people that have pitiable situations who think nothing can be done for to save them.
Many people think that they should just go home, lay down and die because they have been told they have prostate cancer. They fail to realize that they just might be able to survive it. There are lots of people that have survived prostate cancer all over the world. Their stories are there to inspire you and the rest of us that - there's always a way, regardless of the illness.
It doesn't matter what kind of treatment you are given for prostate cancer; if you are very pessimistic and afraid, it's most likely that you won't survive the condition. But if you are very optimistic, full of life and extremely HOPEFUL that you will survive it, then there's a more likelihood that you will survive it.
I know many people will be skeptical after hearing me say this, but it's very true. You can contribute very largely to your survival of prostate cancer if you are very hopeful. Lots of the people who have survived prostate cancer admit that they were very full of hope and this helped them in surviving it. It can help you too!
So - regardless of what the doctor has told you, you should be very hopeful that you will survive the condition and work with the doctors to help you survive it. In other words, STAY OPEN that you will survive prostate cancer and you very well will!
