Love... it's a pretty powerful thing. As strong as it is, it's also not something that disappears overnight.
When your girlfriend broke up with you, things might've gotten very cold very quickly. It may have seemed as if she no longer loved you; your ex ignoring your attempts to hold her and the way she kept pushing you away.
In truth though, your exgirlfriend was putting on a very strong front. In her mind, she knew she had to distance herself from you quickly in order to make the breakup stick. But in her heart, the emotional bonds formed during the course of your relationshipweren't so easily broken. These kept nagging and eating away at her, even as she broke up with you.
To make a long story short, yes your ex girlfriend still loves you. But for right now, she's decided that shoving you away - in the opposite direction - is the only way to keep from getting back together.
Whatever caused your breakup doesn't really matter, not when it comes to the feelings your ex still has for you. She might be angry over a disagreement, or even bitter about some long-standing issues. But try to remember this: your relationship also consisted of many fond memoriesfor her. There were places you went, things you did, and important moments that you shared as a couple. These things don't just vanish into thin air the moment your ex decides to end your relationship.
After a breakup, there will also be signs your ex girlfriend still loves you . These won't be something she can easily control, and as she thinks about and misses you, these signs will become more and more evident.
Using this to your advantage, you can determine when your ex girlfriend is most approachable. Many guys don't take the time to do this: they're too busy ramming their solutions to the break up down their ex girlfriend's throats. These guys end up single again because they push their exes too far, and at all the wrong times. They try too hard and look too desperate.
The opposite of that approach is always better off. By leaving your ex to her own thoughts, you create a void where you used to be. Without you around always getting in her face, your girlfriend will actually start to miss you. And those feelings she still has for you will only strengthen, especially as time goes by.
From there, you can make moves in your ex's direction... but not until she's ready. You need to look for the signs that your girlfriend has been thinking about you. Then, and only then, can you begin working on a plan to get your ex to date you again.
Having trouble telling whether or not your ex girlfriend still has feelings for you? There's help available, if you're willing to put in the time and effort. Reconciliation can't be rushed, and the process often requires patience. But walk the right path and make the right decisions? Reversing your break up becomes a whole lot easier.
