Heart is the major organ in our body that supplies pure blood to all parts of the body and also collects the impure blood from all parts of the body and brings it back to the heart for purification. If your heart will not be healthy it will experience stress and you may get a heart attack Arjuna helps in reducing the stress of the heart and helps in healthy functioning.

Normally, our body produces a certain amount of cholesterol. Individuals, who are predisposed to high risk blood cholesterol problem, can only depend on medications prescribed by an expert in health. They need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and have a balanced diet, including plenty of healthy foods that reduce cholesterol. They need to work on some important factors such as weight management and diet.

Following are the cause that causes heart ailments: -

•    Hypertension
•    Deficiency of vitamin B
•    Over weight or obesity also leads to heart problems.
•    Blood clot formation which is also known as thrombosis
•    Hardening of blood vessels
•    Leading sedentary life style

These factors are interrelated in complex ways, and are causing or amplifying each other. For example, arteriosclerosis will cause higher blood pressure, high blood pressure and will cause even more atherosclerosis. Many of these factors are ultimately caused or aggravated by the lifestyle of these factors:

•    A too-high intake of fat, cholesterol and sugar.
•    The fat consumption of the wrong type.
•    Lack of fiber, vitamins, minerals and other dietary deficiencies.
•    The stress at work and in everyday life.
•    Smokers.
•    Lack of exercise.

Change your life style: -

•    Stop smoking. Smoking is one of the biggest risk factors for developing heart disease. Smoking doubles the risk of sudden cardiac death. Yet smokers who quit see a relatively quick payoff in health: the heart attack risk drops to the rate of a non-smoker roughly two years after a smoker quits.
•    In order to achieve a balance of fat, most of the fat supply should come from a mixture of sources such as olive oil, canola oil, nuts, sunflower oil, sunflower oil, linseed oil (oil fiber), fish and fish oil.
•    Watch your weight. Eat balanced meals and limit animal and other saturated fats. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat more poultry and fish and less beef, pork and lamb. Use margarine or cooking oils such as corn oil and sunflower oil marked high in polyunsaturated."Reduce your total fat intake.
•    Get plenty of exercise. The good news is that you don't have to be an Ironman triathlete to achieve worthwhile benefits to your health. There growing evidence that as little as 10 minutes of exercise, three times a day can reduce your chance of heart attack and stroke.
•    Avoid letting the fat has been chemically modified, thus called trans-fat. This type of fat is often found in margarines, crackers, snack foods, fast food and other food pre-made.
•    Eat 5 fruits or vegetables per day. Each piece should be the size of an apple or carrot. They should be raw or carefully boiled so that nutrients are not washed out.
