Trust is a BIG thing when it comes to relationships and it can literally make or break your chances of whether or not you will be able to get your girlfriend back. If your girlfriend feels that you are not trust worthy, then you really don't have much of a shot at all in order to get her back. Being able to regain the trust of your ex girlfriend is really easy to do when you know what it is that she is looking for.

After all, when you know what it is that you HAVE to do, then you can easily follow a path and do what it is that will attract her back to you.

When dealing with issues such as trust with your ex girlfriend, then you have to tread carefully, as with just a couple of wrong moves, you can lose whatever ground that you might have gained with her.

Here are some tips that should help you to win back the trust of your girlfriend so that you can get her back:

1. You have to show that you are a man of your word.The easiest way to break trust with your girlfriend is to get caught in a lie or in not keeping your word with her. If you want to have a solid chance at getting her back into your life, then you cannot blow it here. You have to make sure that whatever you say to her, it's going to be something that you are not going to back pedal on.

2. You have to back up your word with ACTION.Without any action that backs up what you are saying, then it really does not mean a thing and this is exactly how your girlfriend will see it. You cannot say things just for the sake of saying them, because they might sound good, and not really back it up with action. Your girlfriend will be judging you on this, so make sure that you do the right thing here.

3. You've got to be consistent with this.If you lose any consistency with your girlfriend, then the shadow of doubt will re-emerge in her mind and then you will be back at square one. You don't want to have to continually go through the task of trying to win her trust, so make sure that you are consistent with your girlfriend, so that she knows that she can count on YOU.
