Human Growth Hormone restores well-being

Do you love life? Do you wake up in the morning with a delicious sense of anticipation, wondering what the day will bring? Do you have sense of expanding horizons, a sense that you could do things you have never done before, start an new business, change careers, travel to different places around the world, start an new business, go back to school for an advanced degree.  Do you feel that you have the energy, enthusiasm, and passion required to live life to the maximum? If your answer to these questions was not an unqualified yes, then think back to when you were a child or a teenager or a young adult. Didn't you used to feel this way?

One of the things that happen with age is that there is as subtle diminishment in our joy of life. We lose our resilience, our ability to bounce right back after something happens the way that kids do. We become more wary, less willing to try something new whether it is a food or a person or a prospective live. We feel that it takes too much energy, too much effort. It is so much easier to stay at home at night, zone out in front of the Television think about cutting back on work or retiring altogether. Part of the reason for this feeling is a change in your hormone levels. You think you are getting old, therefore you are old. Your expectation, your mindset is "I can not do that anymore. I can not be as fast, as smart, as successful," This is called identifying with a model of degenerative disease and death, Picture this scenario: You wake up one day with a pain in your knee and instead of ignoring it or working around it the way you did when you were younger, you worry about arthritis. You look at yourself in the mirror, at your wrinkles, your gray or thinning hair, and worry that maybe that pain will not go way, that it will be with you for the rest of you life. It hurts when you exercise so you stop exercising and then you do not walk as much.

You start sitting more, gradually decreasing your activity. When you walk you do it slowly, carefully, a few steps at a time. You start using a cane, then a walker, finally a wheelchair, you have an expectation of becoming crippled with age, and that  is exactly what happens. Growth hormone not only regrows organs and restores bodily function, it re invigorates the mind, reversing the attitudes, outlook, and expectations associated with aging.
