Im constantly asked, what could I do after breakup while I still have a crush on ex boyfriend? My response has always been this, how do you need to feel? I can feel that this is not the reply youve looked for but its weird that a guy you used to care for, the one you gave your life, turns out hurting you the most. As they say, It is unachievable to love and be wise even if its good someday youll pay for it.

Its obviously easy to say love is pain when you are not hurting but when you are in love with a person who cant love you back its like been treated like nothing. Can you imagine all that tenderness... may be those Jasmines flowers... all that I you... those candles and love stories, disappeared, thats too bad isnt it?

Now you may ask what is better for you?

Calling your ex man is not advisable. Demanding a sympathy to return is going to hurt you more. Now you may ask what is better for you? First you have to learn that love is simply a state of mind, its how you flavor your partner. When you change that notion, there is no attraction. Are you getting it? Let me break it down to you now.

Simply think about this, before you ran into your ex boyfriend, you had no feelings or any bond with him. Even when I were to describe him it wouldnt produce any passion the way you do now. Do you understand why? Because when you are infatuated by someone, you build attraction, which is developed, in your neurology. The longer you spend time together in a touchy-feely way, the more you reinforce those neuron pathways in your brain which causes you to establish more allurement (love).

Hence, as you breakup with an ex boyfriend there is a profound acquired crush that causes you to feel nervous. If there is no way of getting back together then youre in a mess. This suppose why you cant perform your work attentively or why you become self-conscious about your posture because of nervousness caused by breakupbreak up. This affects how you perform actions and your over all demeanors. A simple way to solve this is to alter how you embrace excitement. You must change how you feel about him.

Let me make it clear...

Pick up a book you can acquire nearby, grasp it while looking at the front cover then move it some and then observe it from different directions . You will notice that, its appearance changes base on what angle you are seeing it. The book didnt change but the how you look at it, changed. Now, Im not trying to compare your ex with the book. The point I want to make here is this, when you alter the how you feel about your ex boyfriend, break up will not impacts you. How can you do that? Luckly there is a trick to help you forget your ex boyfriend quickly. This technology will make you cope with break up completely, you will be more inclined than you can imagine.
