When a person has healthy brain, he/she can have a better memory and concentration. He/she will also be better in managing stress and increases his/her calmness. His/her creativity will even improve. The performance of our brain relies greatly on our diet.

Good things for the brain

The brain works with good nutrition. Believe it or not fish oil is good for the brain as it operates in the increasing of the dopamine levels. Dopamine has something to do with the pathways of the brain. It helps in the reduction of the indirect pathway and works otherwise for the direct pathway.
