The Bible says that Hezekiah prayed before Jehovah and said: "O Lord, the God of Israel, who sits above the cherubim, you are the God, you alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth; you have made heaven and earth.
Incline your ear, O Lord, and hear; open your eyes, O Lord, and see; and hear the words of Sennacherib, which he has sent to mock the living God.
And the Lord God said: 'I have dug wells and drank foreign (strange) waters, and I dried up with the sole of my foot all the rivers (streams) of Egypt.'
Upon referring to some Biblical commentaries like John Gill's Exposition of the Bible, Geneva Study Bible, Commentary Critical and Explanatory on the Whole Bible, one could not find any comment(s) on the verse in which the Lord God said: 'I have dug wells and drank foreign (strange) waters, and I dried up with the sole of my foot all the rivers (streams) of Egypt.'
The verses 2 Kings 19:15-16, 24 give the Lord God some characters; they are:
1) God sits above the cherubim
2) God has ear
3) God has eyes
4) God has dug wells
5) God drank strange waters
6) God has foot
7) God dried up with the sole of his foot the Egyptian rivers
According to the Quran, (Verse 42:11), there is nothing like Allah, nothing like a likeness of Allah, naught is as his likeness, there is nothing whatever like unto him. He is the hearing, the seeing; he is the one who hears and sees (all things).
Faith-wise, it is very important to declare that anyone who says or believes that the Almighty Creator regardless of his name (the Lord, God, Jehovah or Allah) has ear, eyes, foot or He dug wells and drinks etc. is categorized as disbeliever and will dwell in the Eternal fire in the Hereafter.
On the other hand, Verse 21:30 of the Quran, says:
Have not those who disbelieve in Allah, Muhammad and the Quran known that the heavens and the earth were of one piece, were aligned with each other then Allah has parted them and separated them from each other. Also, have not they known that Allah made every living thing of water?
Will they not then believe by affirming Allah's Oneness and Muhammad Prophethood?
The verse 21:30 of the Quran gives two scientific miracles that have been known after the revelation of the Quran by more than 1300 years.
The first scientific miracle is the recent cosmological theory of Big Bang and the subsequent development of the Universe. The Quran simply declares this theory by saying that the heavens and the earth were of one piece, and then Allah parted them.
The second scientific miracle is that water is the essential component of any living creature; water comprises more than 75% of the weight of any living creature regardless of his type, man or microbe, animal or plant etc.
Was the Prophet Muhammad pioneer in biology, physics and Astronomy?
Will the Quran-deniers not then believe that the Quran is the Word of the Almighty Creator?

15 And Hezekiah prayed before Jehovah, and said, O Jehovah, the God of Israel, that sittest above the cherubim, thou art the God, even thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth; thou hast made heaven and earth.
16 Incline thine ear, O Jehovah, and hear; open thine eyes, O Jehovah, and see; and hear the words of Sennacherib, wherewith he hath sent him to defy the living God.
24 I have digged and drunk strange waters, and with the sole of my feet will I dry up all the rivers of Egypt.

Back to my question to the smart and interested reader:
Are the Scholars truthful when they claim that the Quran quoted from the Bible?
