As we get older sometimes life doesn't seem as fun. People should be enjoying life more as they get older. If you see yourself and many of your friends going to the doctors office all the time or taking 5-6 medicines daily, are you thinking "Is this what retirement is?"

It shouldn't be that way. But in this society of treating the disease and not the person, it is that way. Do you even trust your doctor anymore? Are you sometimes wondering if he or she is really looking out for you and for your needs as a individual. I see more and more people taking drugs for diseases. They think it just happens and there is nothing that can be done.

Many people are living in constant pain from arthritis or headaches. You likely know folks who have diseases like cancer, fibromyalgia, meneire's disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, the list goes on. Maybe this applies to you. And these conditions are usually masked with countless drugs that folks use in their attempts to cope with these diseases. In talking to many people, I am realizing that most folks think this is normal; that it's the natural part of growing old.

Wow. How sad.

It can sure affect life to have to live and plan the hours and the days around being sick or around the doctor appointments.

There are other answers. Our bodies want to be well and constantly strive to repair themselves. They tend to act naturally to seek their own health. Just give the body what it needs and it will often find its own way to optimum health. It's called "Orthomolecular Medicine".

We are not born with drug deficiencies. Drugs aren't natural. You don't have a "purple pill" deficiency in your body. Your body is simply giving a sign that it is lacking something that it DOES need.

The primary principle of orthomolecular medicine is nutrition it's the first consideration in diagnosis and treatment. Its focus is normalizing the balance of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and similar substances in the body.

YouCANlive a happy and long life without drugs or diseases. You can learn how. You got to just start.

For your health and wellbeing, I encourage you to take the first step.
