Nutrients are what make life possible.there re different nutrients that make every part of your bodies work. They each have their own various problems that they can cause when they are not consumed in the proper quantities. One of these many nutrients is protein. Inadequate protein and hair loss are ver y closely related for many reasons but the good news is that there are ways of changing this. Inadequate protein and hair loss are linked because of the body's need for protein. Protein is a very important nutrient for the body. Think of the fact that all the muscles in your body, which there are over six hundred, are all created out of protein. Just like hair, they need a constant supply. When your body does not have the proper amounts of a nutrient, such as protein, it will focus on the most important body finctions first. As much as we love our hair, it really falls at the bottom of our body's neccesary body systems. A good analogy for this is your house. You only havea certain budget but need to get many things done. Fixing the hole in your roof will take priority over hanging nice looking drapes or even painting the rooms. Not having enough protein for your hair can cause your hair to not grow. It can even interrupt the normal hair growth cycle and cause it to go into a premature resting phase. After the hair follicle has gone through the resting phase, the hair is automatically shed. This is a cause of premature hair loss. Inadaquate protein and hair loss are not the only nutrients that you need to be aware of in your body. You will need to make sure that you have plenty of B vitamins to nourish the hair. Vitamin C is also beneficial for improving circulation. This means that this will help get the nutrient filled blood to the hair follicle. Magnesium is also important but needs to be kept in the proper ratio with calcium. This goes the same for zinc and copper. Having too much of one of these can cause problems in your body. If you are suffering from inadequate protein and hair loss there are a few things that you can do. You can eat a sensible diet that is higher in protein. With this you should supplemetn it with a mutlivitamin that will help keep your hair healthy. You should also see the doctor. You will need to be sure that the hair loss you are having is actually coming from your lack of protein and not from a serious medical problem. Your doctor can run some tests and give you the cause. This will help you in deciding what course of action you should take. No matter what treatment plan you choose to go with, you can benefit from eating extra protein and taking a supplement. This can help you get the best results rfrom whatever treatment plan you choose to go with.
