Low sperm count, the leading reason of male infertility, can be provisional or permanent. Temporary reduction in sperm production is related to various causes like heavy duty cycling, exposure to extreme heat, ill fitting briefs, insomnia, performance pressure and emotional stress. All of these are causes of low sperm count in men. However, patients who suffer from this temporary low count can try out several useful lifestyle changes to boost their sperm count. About six percent of males between the ages of fifteen and fifty struggle with infertility. Male infertility can be caused by a variety of evils.

Lifestyle Changes to Improve Low Sperm Count

1.    Get regular exercise: While you should keep away from vigorous training programs, usual and moderate exercise assist you uphold a healthy body weight, helps manage stress, and gives you a healthier overall body.

2.    Do relaxation exercises: Since infertility and life in universal can be stressful, learn to relax. Stress is sometimes responsible for certain infertility evils such as hormonal evils.

Ways to Increase Sperm Count

1.    Have sex & masturbate less often - the more times you ejaculate, the less dense your semen will be. Uphold a gap of 3 days between two consecutive ejaculations.

2.    Refrain from habits like smoking, alcohol consumption etc. - Alcohol affects your liver function, which, in turn, causes a dramatic rise in estrogen levels. Even two drinks a day will have long-term effects on sperm production

3.    Exercise regularly. Exercising your PC muscle can assist you shoot further than ever before.

4.    Eat Nutritious Food - Diet that's low in fat and high in protein, vegetables, and whole grains is good for your health and for your sperm. Keep away from bitter, astringent and spicy foods. Reduce caffeine intake

5.    Keep away from heating of testicles - Wear loose, cotton boxer shorts, Avoid hot baths and saunas

6.    Lose any excess weight, which tends to cause testosterone/oestrogen imbalances.

7.    Decrease stress levels by learning relaxation techniques - Keep your mind and body healthy by normal practice of YOGA and MEDITATION.

8.    Massage body with herbal oil, which improves blood circulation.

9.Create love in the early morning or afternoon. Sperm levels are often highest in the mornings.

Eat right- This is where it all starts. Your body is the perfect reflection of what you eat and the equal applies to your sexual life and sperm count. Due to fast life everybody out there is into fast food. In order to increase sperm count you need to increase the intake of vitamin rich foods and consume as much natural foods as probable.

Water- Water is one of the best solutions to all health evils and does assist in increasing sperm count as well. Create it a point to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day if not more.

Cut back on caffeine- Foods such as coffee, soft drinks etc are known to harm sperm production in the long period. Make it a point to stay away from such drinks and drink as much water as possible in order to increase sperm count.

Cut back on alcohol- Alcohol is known to be the worst of them all when it comes to human health and the same applies to sperm count. Alcohol is known to have adverse affects on your body and sperm count. Therefore evasion of alcohol at all costs is very significant in order to increase sperm count.

Emotional stress- Other than what you eat and do there are some emotional aspects as well which affect sperm count in your body. If you are spiritually stressed or are suffering from depression than low sperm count is very normal. Remember you would always remain healthy if you have a healthy mind. Therefore learn to keep your mind healthy and your body would be healthy automatically. The same applies to your sperm count.
