When I was just a little girl I observed how my sisters along with their girlfriends are so concerned about the system of their body, particularly metabolism.  And when their friends are gone I would ask my sisters, "What do you mean by metabolism?" As I grew I realized how important metabolism is to everyone or to every creature.  I also realized how important metabolism is to everyone and to every creature.

Consider yourself eating breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for two days without flushing the wastes out from your body.  You can get sick and lose energy.  You will become dull and irritated like some people who found it that, if they have low metabolism, it is hard to work the way they used to.  Metabolism is a process of converting food into energy.  It builds up or breaks down the substances or food that we eat every day. On the other hand, it's not just the energy that you can get, but also the weight that you lose if your metabolism is working well.

Do you find it hard to lose your weight and gain energy?   Well, you might need to increase your metabolism. Some common metabolism are found in natural foods such as peanut butter, dark chocolates, and whole wheat bread which are Magnesium rich foods that has been proven to boost the body's fat burning ability.

Keep your body cells well-hydrated by always drinking water and eating apples and Potassium rich food such as bananas, baked potatoes, raisins,  and whole meal pasta.  Get more energy for your body and maintain muscle mass from fish, cheese, kidney, liver or eggs which are rich in protein. Shrimp, goose, and cashew nuts are good for the red blood cells which carry oxygenated blood to exercising muscles and enable the body to exercise with vigor and become active people.

When we are young it is always easy for us to handle stress, but when we grow old we are not likely to handle stress the way we do before.  Stress slows down our metabolism. It slows down fat to be burned, and as a result we gain weight.  To keep your body a fat burning engine, eat guavas, strawberries, lemons, oranges, or kiwi fruits which are Vitamin C rich fruits to produce more antioxidants.
