We all experience break ups at some point in our lives; whether it is something that you wanted to happen, or you didn't. If you did not want the break up, and can understand the reason why it happened you may be able to put it all back together. Regardless of what happened, there are ways to increase your chances of getting your ex back in your home, and bedroom again.

You may be one of those who find it extremely difficult to let go of someone you loved. If you want to get your ex husband back, or get your ex wife back, you are certainly not alone. By taking a common sense approach to it, and by exercising patience and perseverance you greatly increase the chances of getting your lover back.

Here are a few tips you can use to make it happen..

- Start by understanding within yourself that you want your ex, but don't really need them.

- Learn to control your situation, or the whole situation controls you.

- Don't let your emotions drive you. Anything done under the influence of negative emotions will most certainly always work against you.

- Work on yourself and become something that would surprise your ex.

- When your ex shows a bit of interest again, try and become a challenge. That will increase their desire to have you back.

- Show no signs of jealousy if your ex is with someone else. When you become reactive, so will they.

- Learn to make things happen rather than let it happen.

Getting your ex back is about keeping your emotions in check, and avoiding conflicts and negative situations. Learn the easy ways to win them back with the one guide that so many have found useful in helping them get their ex back in their arms again.
