Old Testament:
Chapter 11 in the Old Testament is Genesis 11; it is composed of 32 verses. Verses from 1-10 are talking about Babel is the cause of the scattered people on the face of earth and the difference in their languages.
Genesis 11 (King James Version) 1) And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech. 2) And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there. 3) And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them thoroughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter. 4) And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth. 5) And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded. 6) And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. 7) Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech. 8) So the LORD scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city. 9) Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the LORD did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the LORD scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth. 10) These are the generations of Shem: Shem was an hundred years old, and begat Arphaxad two years after the flood:

New Testament
Chapter 11 in the New Testament is Matthew 11; it is composed of 30 verses. Verses from 1-10 are talking about the John asked is Jesus is the one supposed to come or do we look for another? This question indicates that John was asking about a man not God!
Matthew 11 (King James Version) 1) And it came to pass, when Jesus had made an end of commanding his twelve disciples, he departed thence to teach and to preach in their cities. 2) Now when John had heard in the prison the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples, 3) And said unto him, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another? 4) Jesus answered and said unto them, Go and shew John again those things which ye do hear and see: 5) The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them. 6) And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me. 7) And as they departed, Jesus began to say unto the multitudes concerning John, What went ye out into the wilderness to see? A reed shaken with the wind? 8) But what went ye out for to see? A man clothed in soft raiment? behold, they that wear soft clothing are in kings' houses. 9) But what went ye out for to see? A prophet? yea, I say unto you, and more than a prophet. 10) For this is he, of whom it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.
========= The Noble Quran:
Chapter 11 in the Noble Quran is composed of 123 verses. Verses from 1-10 are talking about The Quran is the book which teaches that we should worship none but Allah and seek the forgiveness of Him. If you turn away, then you will have got the Penalty of a Great Day. To Allah is your return at the Day of Judgment. Allah created the heavens and the earth in six Days. The sustenance of every creature on earth depends on Allah.
[1] Alif Lam Ra. (This is) a Book, with verses basic or fundamental (of established meaning) - further explained in detail - from One Who is Wise and Well-Acquainted (with all things): [2] (It teacheth) that ye should worship none but Allah. (Say:) "Verily I am (sent) unto you from Him to warn and to bring glad tidings: [3] "(And to preach thus), 'Seek ye the forgiveness of your Lord, and turn to Him in repentance; that He may grant you enjoyment, good (and true), for a term appointed, and bestow His abounding grace on all who abound in merit! but if ye turn away, then I fear for you the Penalty of a Great Day: [4] "`To Allah is your return and He hath power over all things.'" [5] Behold! they fold up their hearts, that they may lie hid from Him! Ah! even when they cover themselves with their garments, He knoweth what they conceal, and what they reveal: for He knoweth well the (inmost secrets) of the hearts. [6] There is no moving creature on earth but its sustenance dependeth on Allah: He knoweth the time and place of its definite abode and its temporary deposit: all is in a clear Record. [7] He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days - and His Throne was over the Waters - that He might try you, which of you is best in conduct. But if thou wert to say to them, "Ye shall indeed be raised up after death," the Unbelievers would be sure to say, "This is nothing but obvious sorcery!" [8] If We delay the penalty for them for a definite term, they are sure to say, "What keeps it back?" Ah! On the day it (actually) reaches them, nothing will turn it away from them, and they will be completely encircled by that which they used to mock at! [9] If We give man a taste of mercy from Ourselves, and then withdraw it from him, behold! he is in despair and (falls into) blasphemy. [10] But if We give him a taste of (Our) favours after adversity hath touched him, he is sure to say, "All evil has departed from me;" behold! he falls into exultation and pride.
